TERMS AND CONDITIONS
TO PARTICIPATE
Conference participation fee is PLN 3000 + VAT per person and includes:
- Participation in the Conference and panel discussions
- Meals on 14.05-17.05. 2023 r.
- Conference materials and agenda
- Participation in the outdoor event
- Meetings with authors, exhibitors, representatives of authorities and companies, presentations.
ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation in hotels: Vienna House Amber Baltic, Trofana, Bell Mare Resort:
- single room: 450 PLN+VAT per day per person
- double room: 300 PLN+VAT per day per person
- single room: 550 PLN+VAT per day per person
- double room: 350 PLN+VAT per day per person
- single room: 350 PLN+VAT per day per person
- double room: 200 PLN+VAT per day per person
Check-in time on 14.05.2023 starts at 15:00 and check-out on 17.05.2022 until 12:00.
Transfer: Airport Szczecin-Goleniów – Hotel VH Amber Baltic – Airport Szczecin-Goleniów – PLN 300 per person
Exhibition and advertising space rental: PLN 1000/m2.
All conference registration forms should be sent to the Organisation Office. Their reception will be confirmed in writing. After filing of the conference registration forms, attendees will receive payment information.
Please send your conference registration form as attached until 30th April 2023.
In case of resignation from the participation in the 26th Gazterm Conference less than 14 days before the event, the attendee will be charged with 100% participation and accommodation cost.
