Conference participation fee is PLN 2600 + VAT per person and includes:

• Participation in the Conference and panel discussions
• Meals on 15.05-18.05.2022
• Conference materials and agenda
• Participation in the outdoor event
• Meetings with authors, exhibitors, representatives of authorities and companies, presentations.

Amber Baltic Vienna House Hotel:

• w pokoju 1-osobowym: 400 PLN+VAT za dobę od osoby
• w pokoju 2-osobowym: 250 PLN+VAT za dobę od osoby

Aurora Hotel:

• single room: 500 PLN+VAT per day per person
• double room: 250 PLN+VAT per day per person

Check-in time on 15.05.2022 starts at 15:00 and check-out on 18.05.2022 until 12:00.

Transfer: Airport Szczecin-Goleniów – Hotel VH Amber Baltic  –  Airport Szczecin-Goleniów – PLN 200 per person

Exhibition and advertising space rental: PLN 500/m².

All conference registration forms should be sent to the Organisation Office. Their reception will be confirmed in writing. After filing of the conference registration forms, attendees will receive payment information.

Please send your conference registration form as attached until 30th April 2022.

In case of resignation from the participation  in the 25th Gazterm Conference less than 14 days before the event, the attendee will be charged with 100% participation and accommodation cost.
