TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO PARTICIPATE

Conference participation fee is PLN 2300 + VAT per person and includes: 

• Participation in the Conference and panel discussions 
• Meals on 04-07.05.2020
•  Conference materials and agenda 
• Participation in the Banquette
• Participation in the outdoor event 
• Meetings with authors, exhibitors, representatives of authorities and companies, presentations.

ACCOMMODATION

Vienna House Amber Baltic or Aurora Hotels:

• single room: 270 PLN+VAT per day per person
• double room: 180 PLN+VAT per day per person

Check-in time on 04.05.2020 starts at 15:00 and check-out on 07.05.2020 until 12:00.

Exhibition and advertising space rental: PLN 400/m2.

All conference registration forms should be sent to the Organisation Office.

Their reception will be confirmed in writing. After filing of the conference registration forms, attendees will receive payment information.

Please send your conference registration form as attached until 15th April 2020.

In case of resignation from the participation in the 22st Gazterm Conference less than 14 days before the event,

the attendee will be charged with 100% participation and accommodation cost.
